HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?

All orders are handled & shipped Standard Shipping via the Hellenic Post

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you easily can. Upon dispatch of your order, you receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking info. Just follow the link to the forwarder’s website and fill in your tracking number.

WHERE IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED FROM?

When you buy from Urban Folk, you buy directly from the heart of Mediterranean tradition & culture! Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse in Athens, Greece.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order is usually shipped from Urban Folk the next working day (there might be few exceptions where the goods are shipped later). It additionally needs for the delivery an extra 5 working days Mainland E.U. and 7-10 working days mainland non-EU countries. The delivery days mentioned are an estimation. The exact days are based on your location and your local delivery service provider. We are not aware and not accountable for any delay in duties in your countries.

HOW AM I INFORMED ABOUT THE ARRIVAL DATE?

During the estimated arrival time, the courier will deliver your order, working hours, without any prior call.
Based on your country’s courier policy, there might be some cases where you will be asked to receive the package from the post office. We are not aware or accountable for those circumstances.  

WHAT DAYS & WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive your order from Monday to Friday, working hours, at the delivery address of your order.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, therefore orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.  

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION OR CAN’T RECEIVE THE ORDER FOR OTHER REASONS?

If you cannot be at the location, the courier will leave a notice, asking you to receive your order from your area’s post office.
In the event the courier cannot deliver an order for reasons you have to account for (ex. wrong address details) the courier might charge you for storage and redelivery, based on the courier’s pricing policy.
In case you don’t pick-up the order in a reasonable time (the exact time is based on your county’s policy) the order is returned to us.  Upon arrival of the products you will receive a Credit Note with the cost only of the products returned.  The delivery costs will not be refunded and additionally we will subtract from your credit note the value of the return costs, plus any storage costs the courier might charge. 

HOW MUCH WILL I PAY ON DELIVERY COSTS?

We have made all possible effort to keep costs as low as possible. Delivery costs are automatically calculated on your checkout page, when you fill in your delivery address.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

In case your order is lost, we fully redeem you, through the following procedure:
You contact us about the non-delivery of your order.  Kindly give us some days so we can reach the courier and find out whether there is a delay for any reason, or the order is lost.  Upon confirmation of the courier that the order is lost, we fully redeem you.
