How to Claim Your Standards Award

If you have purchased standard awards for 2002, and improved on one or more of your baselines, you can now make your claim via the website. Go to the My Standards page in your Profile and select your Improvements and then click the Order button alongside each of your updated baselines.

A couple of important points to highlight in the guidance:

1. If you cannot see your baseline in My Standards you need to email [email protected] to ask for it to be added. (This may apply to members who purchased standards for the first time in 2022).

2. Remember once you have clicked on the claim button to select an improvement you then need to click on the Order button alongside your updated baseline - this will notify your Group recorder to order your award.
