CAN I SEND A GIFT?
Of course! We can deliver your order in a nice gift package, with an extra charge of 6,90 €. Just click “gift package” on the checkout.
HOW DO I GET INFORMED ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
- When you place your order, you immediately receive an Order Receipt for your Order Request.
- Upon process of your order, you receive an Order Confirmation, stating that your order has been accepted & processed together with an estimated dispatch day. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days.
- Upon dispatch of your order, we e-mail you Order Tracking Info, with your order tracking number & Courier’s web-link. (Usually, you will receive the order within 3- 5 working days in EU and 5-7 working days for Non EU countries, mainland. There might be exceptions, based on your country’s courier.)
- And finally, following receive of the order, you will have the chance to win a 1,5 € coupon (additional to your Loyalty Points) by helping us getting better: Just give us your feedback about your experience with Urban Folk, by answering the questionnaire you will receive.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR PART OF THE ORDER?
Yes, as long as it is in the process status and you will be fully refunded.
When an order is dispatched, kindly read in the return policy how you can return your order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
Oups, sorry for the inconvenience… Kindly contact us, give us a short detail and a photo of the damaged item. For EU countries, we will immediately ship a similar item, if it is still available in our warehouse. Otherwise, you receive a full refund for the item & its added value shipping cost*.
For non-EU countries, you receive a full refund of the damaged product and its added value shipping cost.
* Added value shipping cost: [Current Shipping Cost] –[Shipping Cost if the order was originally delivered to you without the refunded item]
WHAT DO I PAY IN MY ORDER?
You are charged with the items cost (VAT included) plus delivery cost. We are not aware or accountable for any extra charges imposed by your country (import duties, tax etc.) and they are not included in your order.
